Indeed, there’s nothing glib or half-hearted for the patients here; as STAXUS favourites, Shane Hirch, Tom Nutt, Milan Sharp and the mega-hung Jace Reed show fresh-faces such as Chad Johnstone and Zach Hansen that a top-class medical check-up involves more than a simple "Cough & Drop". More like open wide, fuck raw and hard, and dump copious amounts of pent-up twink-juice! Shane Hirch proves himself to be a bit of a Peeping Tom when he sends his young patient, Logan Lech, off to another room to take a urine sample. Cue some early piss action as the patient drains his bladder for the cameras; before Lech returns to the examination room so that Hirch can undertake some closer investigations.
